Do you offer lyophilized (freeze-dried) or purified melanin?

We offer lyophilized, purified melanin, and purified lyophilized melanin as custom orders. Please email us at info@cephalosource.com for pricing and delivery time.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts on orders of more than 5g of CephalomelaninTM. If you wish to order more than 5g of melanin, please email us at info@cephalosource.com and we can give you a discounted price.

How are you able to offer high-quality melanin at low prices?

We work directly with the supplier to offer you melanin at a lower price than our competitors.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days of receiving them.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the U.S.

How do I return a product?

We have a 10-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened vial(s), and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@cephalosource.com to start a return. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping fee.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange an item?

Please contact us if there's a problem with your order.

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us if you want to cancel an order. Once we start processing your order for shipping, it cannot be canceled. You can return your order by contacting us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at info@cephalosource.com.
